Use of this Service does not create any employment relationship, guarantee, or promise of employment with any fire department or organization.

3. No Liability for Hiring Decisions

You acknowledge and agree that:

Fire Interview Coach has no control over hiring decisions made by fire departments or any other employers
Fire Interview Coach is not responsible if a fire department or employer does not hire you
Hiring decisions are made solely by the fire department or employer, not by Fire Interview Coach
Fire Interview Coach shall not be liable for any employment-related decisions, outcomes, or consequences

4. Service Availability and Uptime

While we strive to provide reliable service, Fire Interview Coach:

Does not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
May experience downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
May temporarily suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice
Is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from Service unavailability

5. Refund Policy

If you have purchased a subscription or paid service:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked
Refund requests must be submitted via email to the contact information provided
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
After 7 days, refunds are at our sole discretion and may be prorated based on usage

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Fire Interview Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service
